Taxes & Customs

For orders placed in Canada, customers will be subject to their Provincial and Federal sales taxes at checkout. Orders are not subject to any customs as the shipment is not leaving Canada.

Returns

In-Stock orders (not Special Order) can be returned for store credit by mail or in-store within 14 days of delivery or pickup notification provided the items are packaged and unused.

Special Order items, discounted items, showroom pieces, personal care and bath products are all final sale.

The ITO Bindery Notebook is made with a thread binding that allows for 360 degree opening, a reinforced paperboard cover and convenient fabric bookmark.

The 3.5mm grid is printed in a light green/grey ink that is bold enough to see but subtle enough not to distract from writing while the specially selected paper is produced in a singular plant for consistent, pure white colour throughout the book.

The 272 Page notebook is large enough to use every weekday of the year.
