General Delivery Information

We use a combination of FedEX, UPS, Canpar, Post and freight depending on your order.

All delivered are curbside unless otherwise stated. This means the items are handed to you at the exterior doorway, not brought inside. If you have any specific carrier for shipping or require a white glove (inside) delivery, contact us at immediately following purchase.

In-Stock Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep track on the progress of your delivery.

In-stock orders typically ship in 2 days and up to 1 additional day for tracking information to become available. 

In-Stock Orders — For Pick-up

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

You will receive a separate email notifying you when your order is ready for collection. In-stock orders for pickup are typically ready next business day.

Special Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and a link that will provide updates on the status of your item(s) as they are produced and shipped.

Once the order has been placed it will be put into production and is non-refundable.

If part of your order is in stock and part is a special order, the in-stock item(s) will  be held until the entire order is ready to ship. 

Taxes & Duty

For orders placed in Canada, customers will be subject to their Provincial and Federal sales taxes at checkout. Orders are not subject to any customs as the shipment is not leaving Canada.

Orders placed in the USA are shipped with pre-payed customs.

Customers outside of the USA and Canada will not be charged customs or taxes by AAVVGG. All prices shown are ex-VAT. Customers are subject to all local taxes, duties and import charges per their local jurisdiction. 

Lead Times

All lead times are estimates and given in good faith. AAVVGG cannot be held responsible for loss of business as a result of delays in delivery.

Damaged / Lost Items

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery or pickup notification date and will be replaced with an identical item. If a replacement is not currently available we will ship one as soon as possible.

Material inconsistencies or patinas can vary on some items and are not a basis for return.

Once the item has shipped, lost and missing items are the responsibility of the receiver and out of our control.


In-Stock orders (not Special Order) can be returned for store credit by mail or in-store within 14 days of delivery or pickup notification provided the items are packaged and unused.

Shipping charges as well as customs and duties are not refundable. 

Special Order items, discounted items, 626 RSW / floor / showroom pieces, personal care and bath products are all final sale.
