Leveraging our extensive collection, operational efficiency, and product knowledge we support our PRO VOLUME trade partners by handling FF&E on projects from concept to delivery. 

This outsourced model allows professionals to focus on delivering the home or office of their client's dreams with AAVVGG responsible for the final delivery of your project’s furniture, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring your FF&E costs are on budget.

STEP ONE

CONCEPT / SELECTION

Based on an initial consultation, design brief, and budget, during the concept & selection stage, we will present furniture, lighting, and accessories to the client in the following ways:

  1. Aesthetic proposals using a mood board
  2. Furniture and lighting plan designed from a provided floor plan
  3. Final selections with pricing and expected lead times

Showroom visits by the studio and/or client are always welcome and sample orders will be coordinated by AAVVGG.

STEP TWO

PROCUREMENT / PRODUCTION

During the procurement stage, our team will create a work-back schedule to manage lead time requirements of the project and advise on the ordering schedule based on our in-depth knowledge of furniture operations.

Once orders arrive, we will coordinate delivery either directly to the project site or an offsite location of the client's choosing.

Our clients have online tracking available 24/7/365 from the moment the order is placed until final delivery. 

STEP THREE

DELIVERY

If the product is going directly from AAVVGG to the site, we coordinate the delivery with the project team.

If white glove delivery is required, we can offer delivery inside and in place with rubbish removal.

Should it be required for staging, we provide a product rental service

Frequently Asked Questions

Is everything sourced from AAVVGG?

The AAVVGG collection consists of over 30,000 pieces from all over the world. In order to maintain efficient operational control and maximize budgets for our clients the majority of items will be sourced from our own, trusted, brand partners. When necessary, we will source from other vendors. These items would be subject to all available trade discounts and promotions, plus a 10% management fee.

How does pricing/trade pricing work?

We offer the client (end client or studio) the highest VOLUME discount available and offer price matching so you always get the best price. Clients are also provided their own VOLUME account with the same pricing as trade so they can always order from us again in the future. They are a client for life, not just for this project.

How much does it cost?

For projects with FF&E budgets over $50,000, the service is complimentary. For sampler projects we start at $700/room. There are no sourcing fees for anything sourced from AAVVGG. Anything sourced outside of AAVVGG is subject to a 10% management fee.

Can we use other vendors with AAVVGG on the project?

Yes. CONCIERGE is a flexible program that can work at a variety of sizes and scales — how much you would like to draw on our services is up to you. 

How Does Installation/Delivery Work?

CONCIERGE is a full-service program for selecting and delivering furniture, lighting, and accessories. As a part of this program, we offer the option for white glove delivery (inside, with placement) for furniture products. We do not manage/coordinate with other project vendors (ie. electrical or assembly).

Do you work directly with the client or the studio?

It’s up to you. We can work and coordinate directly with the client if it is the preference of the studio.

What Type Of Product Is Included?

We source virtually any indoor or outdoor object, furniture, or lighting. This could include anything from kitchenware and bedding to patio sets and rugs and even modular bathrooms and kitchens.

Do I Need To Be In Toronto?

No. This service is available to anyone in the USA and Canada.
