Handmade from stainless steel in Japan, the peelers handle has been made from a solid piece of metal bent into a loop and held together by a single screw. The edges of the metal have been rounded to provide a very high level of comfort during use.
The blade is exceptionally sharp and great for peeling all sorts of vegetables from carrots to squash.
