Taxes & Customs

For orders placed in Canada, customers will be subject to their Provincial and Federal sales taxes at checkout. Orders are not subject to any customs as the shipment is not leaving Canada.

Orders placed in the USA are shipped with pre-payed customs. You may still be subject to local sales taxes.

Customers outside of the USA and Canada will not be charged customs or taxes by AAVVGG. All prices shown are ex-VAT. Customers are subject to all local taxes, duties and import charges per their local jurisdiction.

Returns

In-Stock orders (not Special Order) can be returned for store credit by mail or in-store within 14 days of delivery or pickup notification provided the items are packaged and unused.

Special Order items, discounted items, showroom pieces, personal care and bath products are all final sale.

The timeless and practical Storage Container from Riess Austria can be used in the kitchen to store coffee, rice, teas, spices, grains or biscuits. The excellent storage containers perfectly preserve all the flavours of the food and can also be stacked to save space in the cupboards, while still being a great eye-catching piece of decoration.

They can also be used as a storage container for holding kitchen tools, utensils and even for items in the bathroom or on your desk. You can use regular wax crayons or oil chalks to write useful information on the practical containers over and over again (e.g. contents, date filled, best before date, etc.).

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials. The non-porous, smooth, glass-like surface is easy to clean, is flavour-neutral and prevents bacteria growth.

Riess products are produced in Austria in a carbon-neutral facility. The containers can be safely stacked thanks to a slight ridge on the lid and tapered bottom.
